GameApp — Gamified review collection

More Google reviews. Without asking your clients for anything.

GameApp turns a simple QR code into a review machine: your clients' customers play, win a prize, leave a review. You stay in control, your clients keep their brand.

The real problem

Your clients want more reviews. You want less friction.

Four classic methods that collapse. Four solutions that work in self-service.

Asking every customer out loud.

The waiter forgets, the customer forgets, no one follows up. It never scales.

A QR code, everywhere.

Sticker, placemat, receipt. The customer scans whenever they want.

×
SMS campaigns that cost a fortune.

€0.08 per send, and a response rate in free fall for 2 years.

Cost per entry = €0.

The game spreads in self-service. No more campaign to pay for every month.

×
QR flyers in the trash.

Without an incentive, more than 8 out of 10 QR flyers end up in the bin.

A prize to win, instantly.

The QR becomes a reason to scan. Retention explodes.

×
An American SaaS logo on your service.

Your clients see a third-party vendor's branding. You lose perceived value.

White-label, 100% invisible.

Neutral link (roue-de-la-chance.net), your colors, your logo. Never Localnord.

The solution: one game, one link, one review.

Pillar 1

One game, one QR code, one link.

Create a game in 3 minutes for your client's Google Business Profile. The link is neutral (roue-de-la-chance.net), ready to print on a sticker, a placemat, a receipt or to send by SMS.

Pillar 2

The player wins, you earn a review.

Before discovering their prize, the player is invited to leave a Google review. Configurable mode: review before the game, or review after winning to unlock the gift code.

Pillar 3

You track, your client cashes in.

Every entry is tracked. Your client sees their lightweight CRM (name, email, phone, prize won, code used). You, the agency, keep the global multi-profile view.

Three game formats. A single interface.

All 3 formats are available in every game, in one click.

Prize wheel

The classic. Visual spectacle, varied prizes.

Fairness & security

Built for serious agencies.

No hidden second spin, no phantom stock, no bots. Every mechanic is locked server-side.

One player, one entry

Double verification by email + browser fingerprint. No hidden second spin.

Controlled probabilities

You set the rarity of each prize. The sum of probabilities is locked at 100%.

Limited, atomic stock

The 10th free coffee is the last. Server-side decrement, never a double award.

Built-in anti-spam

Limit of 10 plays/min per IP, 3 per device. Bot detection on suspicious patterns.

Unique gift codes

GIFT-XXXXXX format, shown in store, marked as used in one click.

Built-in CRM

One wheel, one local prospect database.

A game isn't just a spinning wheel. It's a database of prospects who willingly left their email + phone. Your clients use this data as a real lead database.

  • List of participants (name, email, phone, prize, date)
  • "Code used" status in 1 click from the store
  • Custom columns: Called back, Sales status, Internal note
  • Unlimited CSV export, deletion on request

2

You share

QR code + neutral link. To print on a sticker, placemat, receipt — or to send by SMS.

3

The player plays

In 30 seconds: email, spin, prize, Google review. No friction, no app to download.

4

The business cashes in

Code shown in store, marked as used in one click, review published on the Google Business Profile.

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients see Localnord?

No, never. The shared link is roue-de-la-chance.net, the client portal uses your colors and your logo. Localnord stays invisible throughout the chain.

Does this comply with Google's review rules?

GameApp doesn't require leaving a good review. The prize is promised for participating, not for the rating. That's the GDPR/Google limit set by default, and you can tighten it if your client requires it.

What happens if a prize is out of stock?

Stock is decremented atomically server-side. The player automatically receives another available prize, never an orphan code.

Can I re-engage the same player?

No by design: 1 entry per email + device fingerprint. That's what guarantees the fairness of the draw and the game's credibility with consumers.

Does my data belong to me?

Yes. Unlimited CSV export, deletion on request, GDPR compliance. You remain the owner of the lead database collected for your clients.

How long does it take to launch a game?

3 minutes from empty account to printable QR code. The creation wizard guides you through 4 screens, and the real-time preview shows you exactly what the player will see.

Your clients deserve more than flyers.

Launch your first game in 3 minutes. The QR code will come out of your printer before you finish your coffee.
