Is the SMS paid for by my client?

SMS are included in Localnord up to 100 SMS/month/listing. Beyond that, expect €0.07/additional SMS. For most businesses, the included quota is more than enough.

Can the client choose the channel (SMS or QR code)?

Yes, both channels can be active in parallel. The QR code is free and unlimited, ideal for physical businesses. SMS is more effective for service providers who see the customer once and then communicate remotely.

Does Localnord comply with Google's review policy?

Yes. Localnord never offers a financial incentive (gift, discount) in exchange for a review, which would violate Google's terms. The invitation is neutral and the customer is free to rate from 1 to 5 stars.

What happens if the customer gives a bad rating?

The system intercepts ratings below 4 stars before publishing. The customer is redirected to a private form to express their dissatisfaction, allowing the business to resolve the issue internally without a public negative review on Google.
