Non-Compete Policy

This non-compete policy aims to define the mutual commitments between Localnord LLC (hereinafter "Localnord") and its users (hereinafter "the Agencies") regarding the use of the platform and the protection of each party's commercial interests.

Localnord commits not to:

• Directly contact the end clients of Agencies using the platform
• Offer Google My Business listing management services directly to Agency clients
• Use Agency data to prospect their clients
• Disclose Agencies' commercial information to competing third parties

Localnord positions itself exclusively as a white-label technology provider. The commercial relationship with the end client belongs entirely to the Agency.

Agencies using Localnord commit to:

• Not reproduce, copy or imitate all or part of the Localnord platform
• Not develop a competing tool based on Localnord's features or design
• Not reverse engineer the platform
• Not resell access to the platform to other agencies without Localnord's consent

Localnord guarantees that all interfaces, reports, audits and communications generated through the platform are fully customizable as white label.

No mention of "Localnord" will appear in materials intended for Agencies' end clients, unless the Agency decides otherwise.

End client data managed through the platform remains the exclusive property of the Agency.

• Export: in case of cancellation, the Agency may request data export within 30 days
• Deletion: Localnord permanently deletes data within 60 days of cancellation, unless legally required to retain it

• Localnord's commitments: valid for the entire subscription duration + 12 months after cancellation
• Agencies' commitments: valid for the entire subscription duration + 24 months after cancellation

Any breach of the commitments described in this policy may result in:

• Immediate subscription termination without refund
• Legal proceedings for unfair competition
