With Localnord, you manage all your clients' Google profiles from a single dashboard: creation, verification, optimization, review replies, scheduled posts and reports under your own brand.

Add your Google listings
Connect the Google account that manages your clients' profiles. Localnord lists them all, and you pick the ones to add. A profile is missing? “Get access to a Google listing” guides you through the access request. “Create a Google listing” creates the one that does not exist, with an address or, for a tradesperson who travels, a service area.
Your portfolio, listing by listing
Each profile with its rating, its score out of 100 and its tasks. You see at a glance which client needs work this week.
Listing optimization
Business details, description, categories, hours, services, menu: you fix the profile section by section. If Google changes a detail, you compare both versions and restore yours.

Frequently asked questions.
How do I access my Google business page?
Sign in to the Google account that manages the profile, then search for the business name on Google or Google Maps: the management tools appear above the profile. You can also go through business.google.com, the address of My Business by Google. For a client's profile, you need manager access. In Localnord, “Get access to a Google listing” guides you through the request and tells you when access is granted.
Is Google Business free?
Yes. Creating and managing a Google Business Profile is free, with no time limit. What you pay for are tools to manage many profiles. Localnord costs $16 excl. tax per profile a month on the Annual plan ($192 a year), or $24 a month with no commitment. The trial lasts 7 days, with no credit card.
How can I make money with Google?
A Google profile earns nothing on its own: it is free. It earns money for businesses, through calls and visits, and for the agencies that manage it for them on a monthly subscription. Agencies on Localnord resell the management of a profile for $99 to $150 a month, at the price they set. Resold at $120 a month, a profile on the Annual plan leaves you $104. To find these businesses, Localnord also brings you prospects and connects you with independent sales reps.
How can I create a Google Business page without a physical address?
Declare a service area instead of the address: up to 20 cities, and Google only shows the area. This is the case for a plumber, a mobile hairdresser or a tow truck service. In Localnord, “Create a Google listing” offers the “I travel to them” mode: you add the cities you serve, then start verification with the methods Google offers for the profile.
How do I create a Google My Business page?
Go to business.google.com/create with a Google account, then enter the business name, category, address or service area and contact details. The profile must then be verified. Depending on the business, Google offers a phone call, a text, an email, a video or a postcard, whose code usually arrives within 14 days. With Localnord, you create a client's profile with “Create a Google listing” and start verification by phone call, SMS, email or postcard without leaving the dashboard. Video verification is done directly with Google.
How do I create a Google account?
Go to accounts.google.com, click “Create account” and choose “For work or my business”. An existing email address is enough, no Gmail needed. For a business, the account must belong to the client: they create it, preferably with an address on their own domain, remain the owner of their profile and give you manager access.
Are Google My Business and Google Business Profile the same thing?
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile in November 2021, and “My Business by Google” refers to the same tool. The Google My Business mobile app was shut down in 2022: the profile is managed from Google Search, Google Maps or a tool like Localnord.
What is the recommended post format for Google My Business?
A short post with an image and an action button. Google offers three types of posts: update, offer and event. Text is limited to 1,500 characters, but only the first lines show without a click: put the essentials first. For the image, aim for a 4:3 format, at least 1,200 × 900 pixels. In Localnord, AI writes the post, the image is set to Google's format, and the calendar fills 1 to 6 months ahead.
What are the disadvantages of Google Workspace?
For a Google profile, Google Workspace is not needed: a free Google account is enough. Workspace is Google's paid suite (Gmail on your own domain, Drive, Meet), billed per user per month. Its main drawback here is therefore its cost, for a service My Business by Google does not require.
How do I manage several clients' profiles?
Get manager access to each profile, then connect your Google account to Localnord. All the profiles it manages appear in “Add your Google listings”, and you choose which ones to import. A single dashboard then shows each profile's rating, score and tasks. During the trial, you manage one profile. If the profile sits on their Google account, your client remains its owner: Localnord goes through Google's official API with your manager access and never changes ownership. A profile created from your own account belongs to you, and you can transfer ownership to the client from Google.
Every local business has a Google listing. Make it your business.
Prospects, independent sales reps and a tool that automates everything. All that's left is to get paid every month.
