Call tracking
- FRSuivi des appels
- ESSeguimiento de llamadas
- DECall Tracking
Counting the calls actually received, often with a dedicated number that forwards to the usual line. Google's “Calls” metric only counts taps on the button.
E.g.A locksmith in Phoenix puts a tracking number on his profile and keeps his usual number as an additional phone. He sees which calls connected, how long they lasted and when.
