A business being bought by a new owner. Google says to keep the same profile, not create a new one: the old owner transfers it, and reviews stay if the name doesn't change.
E.g.A buyer takes over a Pittsburgh convenience store: the seller adds him as an owner on the profile, then hands over the primary owner role before leaving.
