Interactions divided by views over the same period. Google doesn't display it: you work it out yourself or with a tool, to see whether the profile makes people act.
E.g.A florist in Columbus has 2,000 views and 100 interactions in a month, so his interaction rate is 5%. After changing his photos, he compares it with the next month.
