Adding extra keywords to rank better, especially in the business name. In the name, it's prohibited by Google and can lead to a suspension.
E.g.“Martin Locksmith – Emergency Locksmith Chicago 24/7” instead of “Martin Locksmith” is stuffing. A competitor can report it, and Google may fix the name or suspend the listing.
In our data, listings with the city in the name don't rank in the top 3 more often. Google forbids it unless the city is part of the real name.
