  • DELocal Citation

Any mention of a business's name, address and phone number on another website: a directory, social network, city site or news article.

E.g.A Portland hair salon's Yelp page shows its name, address and number: that's a citation. If the old address still shows there, the citation is inconsistent.

Every local business has a Google listing. Make it your business.
