Asking Google to take down a review that breaks its policies: spam, off-topic, insults, conflict of interest… A review you dislike but that follows the rules stays up.
E.g.A Philadelphia restaurant gets a review about a different place. The owner reports it from the profile; Google's evaluation usually takes several days.
