Asking only happy customers for a Google review, for example after a quick survey, while sending the others to a private form. Prohibited by Google.
E.g.A day spa in Phoenix texts: “Happy with your visit?” Yes leads to Google, no leads to an internal form. Sorting customers this way is prohibited by Google.
