Lost access

Nobody can manage the profile anymore: a forgotten Google Account, or a former employee or agency left with the access. Recover the account, or else request access to the profile.

E.g.The agency that managed a Santa Fe hotel's profile shut down. The manager has no access left, so he requests ownership of the profile from his own Google Account.
