The share of reviews the business has replied to. Google doesn't show it in its report: you work it out yourself or with a review management tool.

E.g.An auto repair shop in Cleveland got 40 reviews this year and replied to 30, a 75% response rate. It goes back first to the negative reviews still waiting for a reply.
